If you’ve read any of my blog posts, you’ll know, I’m a big goal maker. Granted, not all of these goals get met but I love doing it nonetheless. This month has been based on my birthday and my blogs birthday. Yep, I’m one of those ‘birthday month’ people, am I sorry? Not one bit. I thought that in this post I’d outline a few goals I want to get done before I hit twenty-five. It feels a little strange to say I’ll be that age in a few years because I still think of myself of being like twelve (I look it too, which doesn’t help).
#1: LEARN TO DRIVE
People have been badgering me since the day I turned seventeen to learn how to drive. Funnily enough, most the people who moan about it never have to give me lifts so that’s strange hah. It is something I definitely want to do but I want to be ready for myself, not for other people. I already know what car I’d love and I have visions of throw pillows on the back seats and Yankee Candle air freshener.
#2: GRADUATE FROM UNI
This is coming a lot sooner than I thought it ever would. University is flying by and I’m not sure how I feel about that. I really can’t wait for graduation. I’ve put more effort into university than any other part of education I’ve been through and hopefully, that hard work shows in my degree. I’m also really excited to finish my journey in education for good.
#3: MOVE UP NORTH
This is definitely the most exciting thing on this list for me. Moving up north is super important to me because that’s where Liam lives and I can’t wait to close the distance between us. I also love it up there so I can’t wait to explore or places there. Liam and I have put so much hard work into our relationship and I really can’t wait to see it all pay off.
#4: PUT MORE INTO MY BLOG
My blog has become such a big part of my life. Bigger than I ever expected it would be before and my passion for it has grown so much. I really can’t wait to see my blog grow along with me and see what opportunities it can bring for me. I’ve started investing in my blog a lot lately. It feels amazing to finally have a hobby I can stick to.
#5: GET OUR FIRST DOG
Ok, this is another thing that I’m super excited about. Liam and I have spoken about getting a dog so many times. Like, we already know what kind of dog we want and picked names that we like (Maximus is my favourite). We’re both huge doggo lovers so this is definitely going to be a huge thing for us.
Thank you so much for reading. I hope you enjoyed having a look into what my five-year goals are. Is there any big plans that you have for the next five years? I’d love to hear them. Have a lovely day and stay beautiful.
