Introduction to Bloguary

Hello folks and welcome to twenty-nineteen. The new year is always one of my favourite times because you get a chance to reflect on the past year and set some goals for the new year ahead. As you are probably aware of already, my blog is based around self-growth, self-love and all the other things in between so I am extremely passionate about helping you lovely people get the best start in your year possible! I’m pretty crap with stuff like Blogtober and Blogmas because I can never think of enough content to fill a month of daily postings but when it comes to motivation, organisation and living a more simplified life I could probably ramble on until the next new year.

Bloguary is where I post every day for a full month with my advice, tips and experiences when it comes to living your best life. Every new year, I am full of motivation and determination to make this new year a bloody good one and I always kind of just flop. I’ll work out for a few days then not wake up looking like a Victoria’s Secret model and go back to eating pizza and cheese toasties. However, this year will be different, I swear. I am using Bloguary as my accountability partner this year. I can’t post thirty-one blog posts based on being your best self when I’ve been sat in the same pyjamas for two days ignoring all the stuff I need to get done. I also want to use Bloguary to help other people. I know I’m not alone in my struggle of keeping the motivation of a new year last longer than three days. So this month, we are going to kick off 2019 with some sass together.

Because I’m the type of person who needs things to be split up into categories, I have split Bloguary up into five categories based on the week that we are in. I’m going to go more into these categories now.

➸ Week one (1st to 6th of January): Life – This week will go over a few things to do with life in general with a few posts on life admin and getting yourself into gear and a few other posts that might help you keep up the good vibes.

➸ Week two (7th to 13th of January): University – This week of posts will help you get back into the swing of studying after the Christmas slump. These posts aren’t specific to university though so college and school students could also find these helpful!

➸ Week three (14th to 20th of January): Blogging – The posts in this week should be helpful for getting you on top of your blogging game for the new year and getting ready to grow n’ glow. I’m no blogging guru but I think some of these posts may be super duper helpful.

➸ Week four (21st to 27th of January):  Well-Being – This week will be really helpful for making sure that you’re looking after yourself properly and taking proper care of your star player aka you.

➸ Week five (28th to 31st of January): Relationships – This week is going to look how you can make the most of all your relationships (family, friends and romantic) in the new year. There’s also a post on who you might want to cut out this year for your benefit.

I really hope this post has helped you gain more of an idea of what Bloguary is all about, I know I’m not the first to do it but I never see it that often so I wasn’t sure how confusing it sounds!
